Booking and cancelation policy for a field program:

Field program fees do not include your ground and air transportation to the starting location of the program. Other items not included will be determined with your group leader, such as your group decides.

We work with your group leader to design the program you want, what you want to see and do, what levels of comfort you require, and how long your program will last. In order to do this, we require a non-refundable $500 USD deposit at the time of your booking, and a full, non-refundable, 50% of your program fees at 180 days prior to the start date of your program. This enables us to pay for any reservation fees required by the camps, lodges, and activities that you desire. At 90 days prior to the start date of your program, the remaining portion of your program fees will become due so that we may continue to hold your places at the camps, lodges, and activities that you desire. In the event that you need to cancel, we will do our best to refund that portion of your fees that have not already been used to reserve goods and services for your program, but we will be unable to refund any portion of your program fees at any date closer than 30 days to the start date of your program. We recommend purchasing travel insurance. In such an event as you need to cancel, you are welcome to make your own arrangements to include a substitute participant (individual subject to agreement of your group leader ) to recoup your costs.
